The scheme “SME investment aid scheme for purchase of new machinery and equipment” is aimed at strengthening the productive and competitive system of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the support for the purchase or acquisition, by financial leasing of tangible (equipment, installations, hardware) and intangible assets (software or digital technologies) for production purposes. The scheme also aims at helping the transition of Italy's production system towards digital manufacturing and it intends to facilitate SMEs access to finance.
