The NFST specialist programme is the instrument used by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) to support application-oriented research and development projects (collaborative R&D projects) belonging to the pillars of ‘automated driving’ and ‘innovative vehicles’ in the early development phase so as to promote innovation in these fields of the vehicle industry.
