The Counterfactual Evaluation Archive (CEA) is an online database which collects published articles and working papers using counterfactual impact evaluation methods to assess the impact of active labour market policies and programmes. These include interventions funded by the European Social Fund as well as policies of similar type within Europe (updated up to December 2017).
