The scheme strives to achieve high quality and innovative R&D projects, by favouring commercial approach and market oriented projects as well as internationalisation and cooperation. The scheme targets single undertakings or collaboration between companies and may comprise industrial research and/or experimental development activities (except fundamental research). Aid beneficiaries are companies registered in Spain, active in any business sector, regardless of their location and their size. The evaluation of the CDTI R&D Aid Scheme is based on data collected by CDTI and on information provided by external sources and applies both a qualitative and quantitative approach.
