This document examines quantitatively and qualitatively the impact of the "General Entrepreneurship" (GGE) and “Entrepreneurship Schemes for Micro and Small Enterprises” (KEPSME) (ref. law N. 4399/2016) whose aims consist in providing development aids to businesses entities of all type and size to close the investment gap and increase employment in the country.
