The scheme has been in place since 5 March 2015 and was implemented under the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education establishing the conditions and procedures for granting the State aid and de-minimis support by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR).
The main objective of the aid scheme is to foster innovation and competitiveness in three strategic areas of the Polish economy: growth in business activity in the area of R&D, increase in RDI spending by enterprises, increase in commercialization and implementation of RDI results in the business sector.
