The goal of the scheme is to foster the amount of private investments in research and development sector, as well as to boost investment in the preservation of the environment in the entrepreneurial activities. The final report describes in details the characteristics of the scheme, the empirical approaches (quantitative and qualitative) followed to measure the impacts of the aid. It also provides a review of the relevant literature in justification of the methodological approach used. The impact of the aid on the activity of the beneficiaries, the economy, and the environment, are presented and discussed.
