The Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020 is promoted by the Minister of Administration and Digitization of Poland and provides assistance for the development of broadband infrastructure. The aid targets the so-called “white NGA” areas, where NGA networks do not exist and are unlikely to be created on a commercial basis within three years. The report documents the analysis of statistical data performed in the scope of changes occurring in the employment market among the beneficiaries.
